Out with the Old, in with the New!
And, no, there are no political implications to the title!
Every so often, change is good. Interest in local foods, markets and urban farms is growing at a rate I’d only dreamed of a decade ago. Over the years, we’ve come to feel bogged down by our complex logo and ‘Old School’ website. It was more than time for a change. You’ll see our old, familiar logo on the home page just above the new one we’ve adopted. The old logo will eventually disappear.
This new site is far more dynamic, allowing me to blog about my favorite subjects: great food from the earth to the plate and everything in between.
We’ll be able to post weekly availability lists and events. You’ll be kept up to date on the newest and freshest items from our gardens: produce, herbs, fresh flowers, and garden crafts (check out our dried floral and herb wreaths!).
Orders can be placed online for local pick up or folks can use PayPal to have orders shipped anywhere in the country (this feature is still under construction and will be available shortly).
You’ll know when and where to find us and our products, during our regular spring, summer and autumn farmers’ markets, during the 5 winter markets (one per month, beginning in November), at craft shows and local special events.
We genuinely look forward to your comments and observations. Let the first course begin!
Warm wishes in this beautiful Indian Summer.
